My name is Dr. Tom Franz and I was born and raised in Crystal Lake. I graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in 1996 and have worked in several other offices over the years before opening my own office in October of 2004.

I offer complimentary consultations to anyone that would like to find out if Chiropractic services can help them. I will be happy to sit down and talk with you one on one to see if yours is a Chiropractic case. If I can help I’ll tell you, if not, I tell you that too and will refer accordingly. If I feel yours is a Chiropractic case, we will move on to the Spinal scan (A Thermal scan and Surface EMG) and examination.

I perform gentle spinal and extremity adjustments to restore proper joint function and improve the function of the nervous system.

Chiropractic has helped people with a variety of complaints including: Low Back pain, Neck/Shoulder pain, Hip and Knee pain. I also enjoy adjusting children. Chiropractic has been effective in helping kids with ear infections. The adjustment boosts the immune system and helps the muscles around the opening of the eustachian tubes in the inner ear to relax. Thus the tubes can drain properly which aids in destroying the environment bacteria have to live in.

Many people also get their spines checked and adjusted regularly. Along with proper diet and exercise regular adjustments will help keep you healthier through maintaining an optimum functioning nervous system.
